30-Day Return Window

Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all hardware and packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Items showing signs of assembly or use (unless defective)
• Products missing original packaging or hardware

Damaged or Defective Products

Contact us within 7 days at info@dinettedesignsandbarstools.com with photos. We cover return shipping on defective items.

How to Start a Return

• We will respond with return instructions
• Pack the item securely in original packaging
